Step 1.
- Fill a mixing glass with ice.

- Add 2 oz of bourbon to the mixing glass.

- Pour in 0.5 oz of sweet vermouth.
Step 4.
- Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters.
Step 5.
- Stir the mixture well until chilled and diluted.
Step 6.
- Strain into an old fashioned glass with a large ice cube.
Step 7.
- Express the oils from an orange twist over the drink and drop it in.
Step 8.
- Garnish with a cherry.
