The Claddagh
A refreshing whiskey-based cocktail with a blend of citrus and herbal notes, inspired by the iconic Irish Claddagh ring, symbolizing love, loyalty, and friendship.
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add 2 oz of Irish whiskey.
- Add 3/4 oz of fresh lemon juice.
- Add 1/2 oz of honey syrup (1 part honey, 1 part hot water).
- Add 1/4 oz of herbal liqueur (like Chartreuse) for depth.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
