A refreshing Irish-inspired cocktail that combines whiskey with tart green apple and zesty lime.
Instructions
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Pour 2 oz of Irish whiskey over the ice.
- Add 1 oz of green apple liqueur.
- Squeeze in 1 oz of fresh lime juice.
- Top off with 3 oz of soda water.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with a lime wheel and a sprig of fresh mint.
