The Oriental (Rye Version)

Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass by filling it with ice water.
- In a mixing glass, combine 2 oz of rye whiskey, 1 oz of sweet vermouth, and 2 dashes of orange bitters.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir well until chilled.
- Discard the ice water from the chilled coupe glass.
- Strain the cocktail mixture into the glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist, expressing the oils over the drink.
