Instructions
- In a shaker, muddle 5 fresh mint leaves with 3 lemon wedges and 1 tablespoon of simple syrup to release the mint oils and juice from the lemon.
- Add 2 ounces of bourbon and fill the shaker with ice.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Strain into a glass filled with ice.
- Top with soda water and gently stir to combine.
- Garnish with a mint sprig and a lemon wheel.
