Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water.
- In a mixing glass, combine 2 oz of brandy, 1/2 oz of Campari, 1/4 oz of simple syrup, and 2 dashes of Angostura bitters.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir the mixture until well chilled.
- Strain the cocktail into the chilled coupe glass.
- Express the oils from an orange peel over the drink and then add the peel as garnish.
