History

Sangria originated in Spain and traditionally consists of red wine, fruit, and a splash of soda or fruit juice. The tropical version adds exotic fruits and a bit of rum for an island vibe, making it a popular choice for warm weather parties.

Instructions

Step 1.
- In a large pitcher, combine 1 bottle of dry white wine and 1 cup of coconut rum.
Step 2.
- Add 1/2 cup of orange juice and 1/4 cup of lime juice for a zesty kick.
Step 3.
- Chop and add 1 cup of mixed tropical fruits (pineapple, mango, kiwi).
Step 4.
- Stir in 2 tablespoons of sugar and mix until dissolved.
Step 5.
- Add 2 cups of club soda for a refreshing fizz.
Step 6.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld before serving over ice.
