A sophisticated cocktail that combines the complexity of sherry with the classic elements of vermouth and gin.
Instructions
- Fill a mixing glass with ice.
- Add gin, dry sherry, sweet vermouth, orange bitters, and maraschino liqueur to the mixing glass.
- Stir well until chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry.

• 2 oz Gin
• 1 oz Dry sherry
• 0.5 oz Sweet Vermouth
• 2 dashes Orange Bitters
• 0.25 oz Maraschino liqueur
• 1 piece Maraschino cherry
