Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water.
- In a mixing glass, combine 2 ounces of bourbon, 1 ounce of sweet vermouth, and 2 dashes of Angostura bitters.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir well for about 30 seconds until chilled.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon peel, expressing the oils over the drink before dropping it in.
