Vodka Peach Smash
A refreshing summer cocktail that combines the smoothness of vodka with the sweetness of fresh peaches and a hint of mint.
Instructions
- Muddle fresh peach slices and mint leaves in the bottom of an Old Fashioned glass to release the juices and oils.
- Add vodka and simple syrup to the glass.
- Fill the glass with ice and stir gently until well mixed.
- Top with a splash of soda water for a little fizz.
- Garnish with a peach slice and a sprig of mint.
