Instructions
Step 1.
- Prepare fresh strawberry puree by blending ripe strawberries until smooth.
Step 2.
- In a wine glass, combine 1.5 oz vodka and 1 oz strawberry puree.
Step 3.
- Add 3 oz of sparkling soda to the glass.
Step 4.
- Stir gently to mix the ingredients.

- Fill the glass with ice cubes.

- Garnish with a fresh strawberry on the rim and a sprig of mint.
