Vodka Watermelon Lemonade
A refreshing and vibrant cocktail combining the sweetness of watermelon with the tartness of lemonade and a kick of vodka, perfect for summer gatherings.
Instructions
- In a blender, combine 2 cups of watermelon cubes and blend until smooth.
- Strain the watermelon puree through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher, discarding the pulp.
- Add 1 cup of fresh lemonade to the pitcher and stir to combine.
- Pour in 1 cup of vodka and mix well.
- Fill highball glasses with ice and pour the watermelon lemonade mixture over the ice.
- Garnish each glass with a lemon wheel and a sprig of mint.
