Watermelon Vodka Cooler
A refreshing and fruity cocktail perfect for summer gatherings, combining the sweetness of watermelon with the crispness of vodka.
Instructions
- Cut fresh watermelon into cubes and blend until smooth.
- Strain the watermelon juice to remove pulp, if desired.
- In a shaker, combine 2 ounces of vodka, 4 ounces of watermelon juice, and 1 ounce of lime juice.
- Fill a highball glass with ice and pour the mixture over the ice.
- Top off with club soda and gently stir.
- Garnish with a watermelon wedge and a sprig of mint.
