Step 1.
- Fill a shaker with ice.
Step 2.
- Add 2 oz of coconut rum.
Step 3.
- Pour in 1 oz of blue curaçao.
Step 4.
- Add 1 oz of pineapple juice.
Step 5.
- Shake well until chilled.
Step 6.
- Strain the mixture into a hurricane glass filled with ice.
Step 7.
- Garnish with a pineapple slice and a cherry.
