Step 1.
- Chill a coupe glass by filling it with ice water.
Step 2.
- In a shaker, combine 2 oz of apple brandy, 3/4 oz of yellow Chartreuse, and 1/4 oz of Angostura bitters.
Step 3.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
Step 4.
- Empty the ice water from the chilled glass.
Step 5.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
Step 6.
- Garnish with a Luxardo cherry.
