Instructions
- Chill a champagne flute in the freezer or with ice water.
- In a shaker, combine 1.5 ounces of gin, 0.5 ounces of elderflower liqueur, and the juice of half a lemon.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled champagne flute.
- Top off with 3.5 ounces of sparkling wine.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
