Instructions
Step 1.
- Chill a coupe glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water.
Step 2.
- In a mixing glass, combine 1 ounce of gin, 1 ounce of sweet vermouth, and 1 ounce of absinthe.
Step 3.
- Add ice to the mixing glass and stir well until the mixture is chilled and diluted, about 20-30 seconds.
Step 4.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
