Instructions
- Prepare a coupe glass by wetting the rim with lemon juice.
- Dip the rim into sugar to create a sugar crust.
- In a shaker, combine 2 oz of brandy, 1/2 oz of absinthe, 1/2 oz of lemon juice, and 1/4 oz of simple syrup.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared coupe glass.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
