- In a shaker filled with ice, combine 1.5 oz absinthe, 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice, and 0.5 oz simple syrup.
Step 3.
- Shake well until chilled.
Step 4.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.

- Garnish with a lemon twist.
