Step 1.
- Prepare chamomile tea using boiling water and let it steep for 5 minutes. Allow it to cool.
Step 2.
- In a shaker, combine 2 oz of absinthe, 1 oz of cooled chamomile tea, 3/4 oz of fresh lemon juice, and 1/2 oz of simple syrup.
Step 3.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake well for about 15 seconds.
Step 4.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
Step 5.
- Garnish with chamomile flowers and a slice of lemon wheel on the rim.
