Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the white wine and absinthe.
- Add the fresh orange juice and stir well.

- Sweeten to taste with simple syrup, starting with 1 ounce and adjusting as necessary.
- Allow the sangria to chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to let the flavors meld.
- Serve over ice in a wine glass, garnished with additional orange slices and a sprig of fresh mint.
