Step 1.
- Chill a coupe glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water.
Step 2.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of gin, 1 oz of fresh lemon juice, 1 oz of simple syrup, and 0.5 oz of absinthe.
Step 3.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled, about 15 seconds.
Step 4.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
Step 5.
- Garnish with a fresh raspberry and a sprig of mint.
