Step 1.
- Chill a martini glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water.
Step 2.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 ounces of vodka, 1 ounce of freshly brewed espresso, and 0.5 ounces of absinthe.
Step 3.
- Add 1 ounce of simple syrup and some ice to the shaker.
Step 4.
- Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
Step 5.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass.
Step 6.
- Garnish with three coffee beans on top.
