Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass by filling it with ice and cold water.
- In a mixing glass, add 1.5 ounces of gin, 0.75 ounces of sweet vermouth, and 0.5 ounces of absinthe.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir the mixture for about 30 seconds until well chilled.
- Empty the ice and water from the coupe glass and fine strain the cocktail mixture into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
