Step 1.
- Chill a coupe glass by filling it with ice water.
Step 2.
- In a mixing glass, combine 1.5 oz of absinthe and 0.75 oz of dry vermouth.
Step 3.
- Add 0.5 oz of chrysanthemum tea syrup to the mixing glass.
Step 4.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir for about 30 seconds until well chilled.
Step 5.
- Discard the ice water from the chilled coupe glass.
Step 6.
- Strain the mixture into the coupe glass.
Step 7.
- Garnish with a dried chrysanthemum flower on the surface.
