Absinthe Fairy Collins
A whimsical twist on the classic Tom Collins that incorporates the aromatic complexity of absinthe for a refreshing and unique cocktail experience.
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add 2 oz of gin, 0.5 oz of absinthe, 1 oz of fresh lemon juice, and 0.5 oz of simple syrup to the shaker.
- Shake well until the mixture is chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a Collins glass filled with ice.
- Top with soda water and gently stir to combine.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel and a sprig of mint.
