Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water.
- In a shaker, combine 1 oz of absinthe, 0.5 oz of gin, 0.5 oz of sweet vermouth, and 0.5 oz of lemon juice.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon peel and a fresh mint sprig.
