Step 1.
- Fill a shaker with ice.
Step 2.
- Add 2 oz of absinthe.
Step 3.
- Add 1 oz of fresh lemon juice.
Step 4.
- Add 1 oz of simple syrup.
Step 5.
- Shake well until chilled.
Step 6.
- Strain into a chilled coupé glass.
Step 7.
- Top with crushed ice and lightly stir to combine.
Step 8.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint.
