Step 1.
- Brew a cup of green tea and allow it to cool.

- In a shaker, combine 1.5 oz of absinthe and 4 oz of cooled green tea.
Step 3.
- Add 0.5 oz of honey syrup and a splash of fresh lemon juice.
Step 4.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well for about 15 seconds.
Step 5.
- Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.
Step 6.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve.
