Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water.
- In a shaker, combine 1.5 oz of absinthe and 0.5 oz of fresh lemon juice.
- Add 0.5 oz of simple syrup and a dash of Angostura bitters to the shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice, then shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
- Finish with a splash of soda water on top.
- Garnish with an edible flower or a twist of lemon peel for an enchanting touch.
