Instructions
- Fill a copper mug with ice.
- Pour 1.5 oz of absinthe over the ice.
- Add 2 oz of ginger beer.
- Squeeze half a lime's juice into the mug and drop the half lime in.
- Add a dash of hot sauce to taste.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with a spicy chili pepper and a sprig of mint.
