A rich and creamy cocktail combining the herbal complexity of absinthe with the decadence of egg and sweetness of sugar, served chilled.

Instructions

- In a shaker, combine 2 oz of absinthe, 1 oz of simple syrup, and 1 egg.
- Dry shake the ingredients (without ice) to emulsify the egg.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously until well chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of grated nutmeg on top.
