Absinthe Green Hornet
A vibrant and refreshing cocktail that combines the unique taste of absinthe with fresh herbal notes.
Instructions
- Chill a cocktail glass by filling it with ice water and setting it aside.
- In a cocktail shaker, add 1.5 oz of absinthe, 1 oz of fresh lime juice, and 0.5 oz of simple syrup.
- Add a few fresh mint leaves to the shaker and gently muddle them to release their aroma.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
- Empty the ice water from the chilled cocktail glass.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime wheel.
