Instructions

- Muddle fresh mint leaves and sugar in the bottom of a julep cup.
Step 2.
- Add crushed ice to the cup, filling it halfway.
Step 3.
- Pour absinthe over the ice, allowing it to chill.

- Top with more crushed ice to fill the cup.
Step 5.
- Stir gently to combine and chill further.
Step 6.
