Absinthe Lavender Sour
A refreshing and aromatic cocktail that combines the distinct flavor of absinthe with floral notes of lavender and the tartness of fresh lemon juice.
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water.
- In a shaker, combine 2 ounces of absinthe, 3/4 ounce of fresh lemon juice, 1/2 ounce of lavender syrup, and a handful of ice.
- Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
- Remove the ice from the coupe glass and strain the mixture into the glass.
- Garnish with a sprig of lavender.
