Instructions
- Measure 1.5 oz of absinthe and pour it into a shaker.
- Add 1 oz of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
- Include 0.5 oz of simple syrup for sweetness.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
