Absinthe Martini
A unique twist on the traditional martini, blending the bold anise flavors of absinthe with the crispness of gin.
Instructions
- Chill the martini glass by filling it with ice water and setting it aside.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 ounces of gin and 1/2 ounce of absinthe.
- Add ice to the shaker and stir gently for about 30 seconds until well chilled.
- Empty the ice water from the martini glass and strain the mixture into the glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist by expressing the oils over the drink and then placing it on the rim.
