Absinthe Paper Plane
A herbaceous twist on the classic Paper Plane, incorporating absinthe for a unique flavor profile.
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass by filling it with ice water and setting it aside.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine 1 oz of absinthe, 1 oz of Aperol, 1 oz of sweet vermouth, and 1 oz of lemon juice.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
- Empty the ice water from the coupe glass and strain the mixture into the glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist, expressing the oils over the drink before dropping it in.
