- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
Step 4.
- Empty the ice water from the chilled cocktail glass.
Step 5.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled glass.
Step 6.
- Garnish with a thin slice of pear and a sprig of mint.
