Absinthe Pear Sour
A refreshing and aromatic twist on the classic sour, combining the herbal notes of absinthe with the sweetness of pear.
Instructions
- Chill a cocktail glass by filling it with ice water. Set aside.
- In a shaker, combine 2 ounces of absinthe, 1 ounce of fresh lemon juice, 1 ounce of pear puree, and 3/4 ounce of simple syrup.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
- Empty the ice water from the chilled cocktail glass.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a thin slice of pear and a sprig of mint.
