Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass by filling it with ice water.
- In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine the Scotch whisky, sweet vermouth, and absinthe.
- Stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds until well chilled.
- Empty the ice water from the coupe glass and strain the mixture into the glass.
- Express the oils from a lemon peel twist over the drink and drop it in as a garnish.
