Instructions

Step 1.
- In a large pitcher, combine 750 ml of chilled rosé wine and 100 ml of absinthe.
Step 2.
- Squeeze the juice of 1 orange and add it to the pitcher.
Step 3.
- Chop 1 apple and 1 cup of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries) and add them to the mixture.
Step 4.
- Add 2 tablespoons of sugar, stirring until dissolved.
Step 5.
- Top the mix with 250 ml of club soda or sparkling water for a bubbly finish.
Step 6.
- Chill the sangria in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Step 7.
- Serve in wine glasses over ice, garnished with fresh mint leaves and a slice of orange.
