- In a shaker, combine 2 oz of rum, 0.5 oz of absinthe, 1 oz of fresh lemon juice, and 0.5 oz of simple syrup.

- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
Step 4.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.

- Garnish with a lemon twist.
