Absinthe Scorpion
A complex and intriguing cocktail that blends the herbal notes of absinthe with the unique flavors of scorpion pepper and citrus.
Instructions
- Chill a cocktail glass by filling it with ice water.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine 1.5 ounces of absinthe, 0.5 ounces of fresh lime juice, 0.5 ounces of agave syrup, and a small dash of scorpion pepper sauce.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well for about 15 seconds.
- Empty the ice water from the chilled glass.
- Strain the mixture into the glass.
- Garnish with a twist of lime peel on top.
