Instructions
- In a mixing glass, combine 1.5 oz of absinthe and 2 oz of dry sherry.
- Add 0.5 oz of simple syrup and a handful of fresh berries (such as raspberries and blueberries).
- Muddle gently to release the juices from the berries.
- Fill a Collins glass with crushed ice and strain the mixture over the ice.
- Top with soda water and stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with a fresh mint sprig and an orange slice.
