Instructions
- In a Collins glass, add 2 oz of absinthe, 0.5 oz of fresh lime juice, and 0.5 oz of simple syrup.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice.
- Using a swizzle stick or bar spoon, mix the ingredients together vigorously until well combined and chilled.
- Top off with more crushed ice if necessary and garnish with a fresh mint sprig.
