Instructions
- In a shaker, combine 2 oz of absinthe, 1 oz of fresh lemon juice, 3/4 oz of simple syrup, and a dash of Angostura bitters.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon peel on the rim.
