Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine 1 bottle of white wine with 3 ounces of absinthe.
- Add the juice of 2 limes and 2 tablespoons of agave syrup to the mixture.
- Chop 1 cup of fresh pineapple, 1 orange, and 1 lime into bite-sized pieces and add them to the pitcher.
- Pour in 2 cups of soda water and stir gently to combine the flavors.
- Let the mixture chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Serve over ice in a large wine glass and garnish with fresh mint leaves and a slice of pineapple.
