Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass in the freezer.
- In a mixing glass, combine 1.5 oz of absinthe and 1 oz of dry vermouth.
- Add ice to the mixing glass and stir for about 30 seconds until well chilled.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon peel over the drink, releasing the oils before dropping it in.
