Instructions

Step 1.
- In a large pitcher, combine 1 bottle of chilled white wine with 1/2 cup of absinthe.
Step 2.
- Add 1/4 cup of simple syrup and stir well to combine.
Step 3.
- Slice up 1 orange, 1 apple, and 1 cup of mixed berries and add to the pitcher.
Step 4.
- Let the mixture sit in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
Step 5.
- Before serving, add 1 cup of club soda for a refreshing fizz.
