Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass.
- In a mixing glass, combine 1.5 ounces of blended Scotch whisky, 0.75 ounces of sweet vermouth, and 0.75 ounces of dry vermouth.
- Add ice to the mixing glass and stir gently for about 30 seconds until well chilled.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
- Express the oils from a twist of lemon peel over the drink and place it as a garnish.
